FindWayAct ("we", "us", "our") provides digital productivity tools including ToDoTop3 and EventLog, accessible via web browsers and mobile applications (the "Services"). These terms govern your use of all FindWayAct Services.
To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to create an account.
We offer a free plan with limited features and paid Pro plans with additional functionality. Free plan features may change over time. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
Payments for Pro plans are processed through Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe (web). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan. Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed (Apple, Google, or Stripe). For web subscriptions via Stripe, we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase.
You retain full ownership of the content you create using our Services (tasks, logs, entries). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your content only to provide and improve the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Services; upload malicious code; or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by FindWayAct and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.
We strive to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindWayAct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
